Peytrah Fischer

Remedial Massage Therapist

Peytrah is a German-trained physiotherapist with additional training in craniosacral, visceral therapy, lymphatic drainage and reflexology.

Her passion is to assist the self healing abilities of your body to find it’s own equilibrium, so you feel realigned and centered.  Simply yourself again.

Craniosacral work is a therapy using gentle touch or manipulation to a patient’s spine and pelvis.  This manipulation regulates the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and aids in “primary respiration” to relieve the symptoms of stress or tension.  This gentle approach and unwiring of tension can help to free neck restriction, ease headaches, and improve pelvic, lumbar, hip and shoulder mobility.   Visceral Therapy releases tension in the abdomen, often hosting stress or scars and consequently contributing to issues such as bloating and gut disharmony prevalent in our modern lives.

This bodywork can be practiced with comfortable clothing so you can stay fully dressed if preferred.
