Herbalist & Kinesiologist
Connie was born and educated in Germany, studied French in the South of France and spent many years travelling the World before setting in the UK to study Herbal Medicine. She gained her Diploma in Phytotherapy (Plant Medicine) in 2000 at the prestigious College of Phytotherapy in East Sussex, UK and initially practised Herbal Medicine in a busy inner-city clinic in Edinburgh UK, where she also helped set up a free clinic for low income earners, pensioners and students.
Connie loves learning and continuously looks for ways to become a better practitioner. She has done further studies in Progressive Kinesiology, graduating with a Diploma in 2012, and Aromatic Medicine, graduating with an Advanced Diploma in 2013.
Connie combines Herbal and Nutritional Medicine with Kinesiology, to help identify and treat the underlying cause of a health problem. This includes nutritional deficiencies, food sensitives, toxic overload, hormonal imbalance, emotional and mental stress etc.
In additional to seeing clients in clinic, Connie also offers video consultations which allows her to see patients interstates and overseas.
Connie is a registered and insured member of the National Herbalist Association of Australia (NHAA).
Connie is also a guest lecturer at Aminya Natural Therapies Academy on the Sunshine Coast, has regular appearances on local radio and runs workshops.
In her spare time, Connie likes to keep fit and healthy. She loves going horse riding with her daughter, swimming laps at the local pool or in the Ocean and taking her dog for daily walks. To keep a healthy balance, Connie loves food (a lot of it!)
