Our Kansha practitioners are continuing to enhance their skills. Margaret Thomson (remedial masseur) has been working with our Counselor Michelle Govan in the field of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and how massage can benefit this specific condition.
Wellbeing and healing require a holistic approach, encompassing the mind, body and the spirit. Kansha can now offer more to those who require some tools to reset their mental, emotional or spiritual compass. We are so excited to announce the new modalities available Kansha, Holistic Counselling and Life Coaching services.
As we see a seasonal shift into Autumn, our bodies are very busy preparing for the cooler months ahead. Traditionally, our bodies naturally mimic the seasons around us. Our activity levels drop with the temperature and we need to put thought into providing our bodies with substance. We want to think about supporting and building our organs, fluid and blood.
I can not believe it has been 10 years since Kansha opened. (Thank you to In Noosa magazine for our article and the launch party.) I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all the practitioners and administration support both past and present who have been essential in the growth and evolution of this practice. My vision was to create a sustainable natural therapies business imparting quality therapeutic, heart centered healing, knowledge and skills.
Welcome to Spring and the renewed zest for life it brings with it. Blessed with truly stunning days and clear blue water, we have some tips to help you eat with the season, ward off the common cold and support your detox plan. Look out for our new website to be launched in October, we have been very busy bees here at Kansha.
