What is Jin Shin Jyutsu?
Jin Shin Jyutsu works on the Mind Body and Spirit. Jin Shin Jyutsu is a Ancient Japanese Art of balancing the body’s energy system, which acts by healing and restoring the body to a more harmonious state of being. Jin Shin Jyutsu is similar to acupressure where by a practitioner use’s their hands to gently balance the flow of life energy in the clients body.
How Does It Work?
Jin Shin Jyutsu Has 26 Safety Energy Locks along energy pathways that feed life into our bodies. When one of the paths become blocked the result can cause disharmony. Holding these energy locks in combination can bring balance to the body. To harmonise the energy in our body the practitioner applies their fingertips over clothing on designated areas of the body. This allows the blocked energy to flow freely. It is effective for the treatment of all conditions as a complementary therapy. The treatment takes one hour with the client laying on their back, or the application can be done sitting in a chair. There is no massage or physical manipulation of the body.
